Website & Service Terms
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms explain use of this website and our standard engagement principles. Project details are agreed in writing before work begins.
About Firsaas and this website
Firsaas is operated by Firas Luthfi. This website describes our work and invites enquiries; it is not a binding quote. Contact firas.luthfi@firsaas.com with questions about these terms.
Written scope and delivery
Scope, deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline, and handover are agreed in writing for each engagement. Product and template purchases also require agreed licence, delivery, compatibility, and support terms before payment. The specific agreement governs the engagement, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
One month of included support
For one month from the agreed handover date, we provide free corrections for bugs and delivered work that does not match the written scope. Report the issue with reproduction steps and relevant details. New features and changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Work requested after that first month is chargeable, with an estimate agreed before work begins. This does not remove remedies required by law or obligations already agreed for an unresolved issue reported within the included support period.
WhatsApp support group
A WhatsApp support group is available for one year from handover for support communication and issue coordination. Access to the group does not include a year of free implementation, continuous monitoring, or a guaranteed response time. Any specific service level must be agreed in writing.
Corrections, cancellation, and refunds
If delivery does not meet the agreed scope, contact us first so we can assess and correct the issue within a reasonable period agreed with you. If it remains unresolved, an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable, is assessed against the undelivered or nonconforming portion and the work already accepted.
Cancellation and refund procedures are recorded in the proposal or purchase agreement before payment. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Ownership and third-party services
Firsaas owns or uses with permission the materials on this website. Client materials, trademarks, and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are specified in the written agreement.
External platforms, hosting, APIs, and software may have separate terms, fees, and availability limits. Relevant dependencies and responsibilities should be agreed as part of the scope.
Website information and responsibility
Website information is provided for general information and is not a guarantee of outcomes for your business. Case study results relate to that project and its circumstances. Responsibility for paid deliverables is governed by the engagement agreement and applicable law; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
The revision date appears above. Updates to these website terms do not unilaterally change an existing signed agreement. Send questions or complaints to firas.luthfi@firsaas.com so we can seek a practical resolution.
